ENCOUNTERS?
Do you know Arsene Millogo? He has lived in several states across the United States, is African and frequents France. He is currently in Law School in Indianapolis. He has children that he knows about but does not provide support for them. This man has scammed several people out of thousands of dollars. I advise you to be ware of this man and use extreme caution when dealing with him. It is wise that you see beyond his apparent humbled personality for he is extremely false. When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive...Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

* Callousness/Lack of Empathy
...contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.
* Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature
...entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.
* Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.
* Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity
Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.
* Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.
* Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility
Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.

ReplyDeleteI know Arsene Millogo, we met in May of 2008. I actually agree with the possibility that he is capable of such things as he is being accused. I have read the complaint he has made and filed with the court. I think it is quite odd and ridiculous. I hope that you A.M. continue to read this blog to check back and see if anyone has commented. The fact that he states that this blog has resulted in him loosing 2 job offers is absurd, as he would have to actually be looking and applying for work in order to be turned down. Also it is my belief that if he was qualified for the position in which he was applying and it so happened that the potential employer Googled his name and read the blog, that one persons personal opinion on him with no supporting evidence attached, would not cause him loose the job opportunity. I also have proof myself that I (stupidly) have wired money to A.M. as he needed to "borrow it", shortly after his first child was born. I had attempted many times to have him return the borrowed money as I was really in no place to lend it to him because I was a single mother of 3 children. He would always say he was waiting on the approval of his school grant and would send the money as soon as he had it. NEVER HAPPENED. I soon realized he really didn't care about me, and was never going to live up to his word. A note to who ever created this blog (supposedly Tara) I hope you fight this lawsuit he has opened against you and win! Good luck girl. Anon.

ReplyDeleteI found this very interesting. The one that claim to have proof that he took money from her is actually not suing but encouraging one to defend a suit she is very likely to loose? lol..what's wrong with that picture? I think this is all one person,what do you think guys?
ReplyDeleteps: most companies with security clearances today do background searches on all their potential employees, and Google is free so they almost always start there.

ReplyDeleteLol. Everyone on here is posting as anonymously. I personally am because i don't feel like being contacted by him. Even though I am sure he could figure out who I am based on what I wrote. Unless he often lied to mother's with 3 children? I don't feel like being brought into this lawsuit he stated, so I will stay anonymous. I am not suing because I think it would be stupid to sue a man who was charming and great, (right) that I sent money to once I had moved from Indianapolis (where we met). If it was a great deal of money I would but it was a few hundred. I have moved on with my life since then and don't care about it. I just thought his lawsuit was absurd. He is just butt hurt a women realized he was a fake and had enough balls to say something about it. And I want to support the women he took advantage of, obviously he did enough to anger to the point of warning other people about him. Besides how is she very likely to lose, what compelling proof does A.M. have except her personal opinion which she made public. Freedom of Speech is a crime now? I highly doubt he has proof from both of the potential employers stating they turned him down specifically because of this post... So so what if they Googled him? ReplyDeleteArsene raped me in February 2006 - we were roommates along with a few other people. I filed a police report but it never went to court because there wasn't enough evidence. He is a smooth talker and had me fooled along with the Christian community in which we lived.
ReplyDeleteThe very same morning he raped me, he drove to Ohio and gave a sermon as a guest preacher.
The owners of the house asked both Arsene and me to move out since it was a "he said; she said" thing ...I was in 8 months of counseling because of that bastard and the lack of support I got from my community because they were in such disbelief that this great Christian guy could do such a thing. Some of them finally believed me when one of the owners of the house found a torn up letter I had written to Arsene (that he carelessly left behind when he moved out) that talked about him raping me and all the lies I had caught him in.
He is an absolute reprehensible swindling bamboozler.
in that case ill consider myself.one.of the lucky ones...i got away with losing only 5k, my first.kiss, and my self.respect. but if i ever cross paths with.him again, he will certainly lose more than i....i wish the person who was raped blessings beypng belief...i am nearly certain that he drove to my old church to "preach"....bloody rapist...

This guy raped a woman I had been dating somewhere in the neighborhood of April/May of 2015. He used his ‘influence’ as the Forus/Shark Tank guy to say she should model his shoes and ultimately took her on a trip to the Caribbean where I believe the incident occurred (I didn’t ask for specifics). This information was related to me several months later.
